Ultra-fine filter for depth and adsorption of liquids and gases

HETA cartridge filters are ultra-fine filters for depth filtration and adsorption. It is a very flexible filter system that can be used for both, liquid and gaseous media in the chemical and petrochemical industry, pharmacy, food and beverage industry and in power plants. Thanks to their variable design, filter cartridges can also be used in difficult spatial conditions. The type of filtration is from a simple two-phase separation to a coalescence process to the point of cake filtration.

The latest generation of HETA cartridge filters has an automatic cleaning and rejection process. This, combined with the patented HETA controller Filtrasmart© makes this a unique system worldwide. Cartridge filters with a very high filter surface, including an automatic cleaning process for filter fineness of 5 µm, have never been seen before! Furthermore, cleaning does not simply mean removing the dirt from the process. Pulse cleaning of the cartridge initially means that the filtrate is directed into the conical bottom of the vessel. After a certain number of cleanings or after a certain time, the actual removal of the filtrate begins. This is then carried out of the system without any kickback via butterfly valve.
