The system allows high speed measurement and sorting of pins, needles and balls.

The control is carried out starting from a contact measurement (sub-micron repeatability) The accuracy of the measurement allows the product to be divided into classes of 1-2 microns.

It is possible to measure both diameters (balls and needles) and lengths (needles).

Output on 6 different channels.

Storage of mechanical settings and tolerances for quick size changes.

The system has been designed to cover the range of rolls from 3 to 15 mm in diameter, up to 30 mm in length.

Production rate up to 9000 pcs/h.
