CONVEYOR BELTS FOR HIGH TEMPERATURES

Conveyor belts for high temperatures consist of wire spirals and connecting rods. Their mesh geometries and the special alloys used make them suitable for applications at temperatures that range from about 600°C to 1150°C. These belts are generally installed in continuous ovens for heat treatments (hardening, normalizing, carbonitriding, solution heat-treatment) and for sintering and brazing.

CONVEYOR BELTS FOR OTHER INDUSTRIAL PROCESSES

Conveyor belts for other industrial processes are made either of metal wires or flat wires for applications that, depending on the type of conveyor belt and material, can reach a temperature of 600°C. This group of products includes a wide range of conveyor belts: belts made of wire spirals and connecting rods, from flat metal strips, from wire links connected using rods, from high tensile strength steel wires and slat conveyor belts. They are used in several different industrial processes.
