Locked Crimped Wire Meshes
Locked crimped wire meshes are made by weaving pre-locked wires. There are two types of locked crimped wire mesh: single locked crimped mesh, where the wires cross over alternately at the points of intersection and a section of non-crimped wire, and double locked crimped mesh, where the wires cross over at each crimping. Thanks to its particular stiffness, this kind of mesh enables greater precision to be maintained, even with wide mesh openings. Simple locked crimped meshes enable the production of panels with a particularly smooth surface.
Materials
These meshes can be made from all metal materials and alloys that can be drawn into wire, such as carbon steel, stainless steels, Nickel-chromium alloys, pure metals.
Supply
Locked crimped wire meshes can be supplied in flat panels in different geometric shapes.
Use
They are used in various fields of application, such as the construction, mining and food sectors.
