🦾 Hydrogen-Powered RoboHorse Unveiled at Osaka Expo 2025

Kawasaki has unveiled CORLEO, a futuristic hydrogen-powered robot horse, at the Osaka-Kansai Expo 2025 — and it’s turning heads. 😱 This four-legged mechanical beast runs on a 150cc hydrogen engine, which produces electricity to power each leg independently. CORLEO can walk, trot, and even gallop, mimicking the movement of a real horse with impressive agility. While still in its concept phase, Kawasaki presented a working prototype at the event, drawing attention for its off-road potential and sci-fi aesthetic. Although much of the demo footage is CGI-enhanced, the concept represents a major leap in biomechanical robotics and green mobility. The integration of hydrogen fuel tech into robotics could signal a new generation of sustainable, terrain-conquering machines for defense, exploration, or even disaster response. CORLEO is part of Kawasaki’s broader innovation strategy, which includes hydrogen vehicles, AI-enhanced mobility, and humanoid robotics like Bex and RHP Friends.
