StormFisher Hydrogen Secures $50M from Hy24 to Boost Clean Fuel Projects 🚀

StormFisher Hydrogen, a North American clean fuels producer, has secured a $50 million investment from Hy24’s Clean Hydrogen Infrastructure Fund to accelerate its e-fuel projects. The funding will support the development of facilities in the U.S. and Canada, converting up to 1.8 GW of renewable energy into green hydrogen, e-methanol, and other low-carbon fuels. The company’s most advanced project in North Texas aims to produce over 120,000 tonnes of e-methanol annually, with a final investment decision expected in early 2026. This marks Hy24’s first direct North American investment, strengthening the region’s role in the global clean energy market. StormFisher’s expansion is set to play a key role in decarbonizing industries like maritime, aviation, and chemicals while creating new jobs and supporting North America’s clean fuel exports to Europe and Asia.
