Vinci Aims to Build €100M Waste-to-Energy Plant in France 🇫🇷♻️

Vinci Construction’s Vinci Grands Projets arm has secured a contract to design and construct a cutting-edge waste-to-energy plant near Brive-la-Gaillarde in Corrèze 🌍. The €100 million facility, commissioned by Veolia, will replace an existing plant and process 79,000 tonnes of household waste annually—equivalent to the waste generated by 200,000 residents 🏙️👥. This project will boost environmental efficiency with advanced flue gas treatment systems , generating both electricity and heat to support local industries and communities 🏭🏘️.
