I work as a Commercial Technician, responsible for managing the entire commercial and technical process from the initial customer contact to the preparation of the commercial offer. My role begins with engaging with clients to fully understand their actual needs, followed by feasibility studies and preliminary system sizing.

I then proceed with the preparation of the technical specification and cost estimation in order to develop a complete and accurate commercial proposal. Throughout these activities, I closely collaborate with suppliers and with our internal technical department.

In the event of an order, I remain the main Gadda contact for the customer, ensuring continuous communication and coordination throughout the project.
