I am Stephen Faber, Founder and CEO of FC Motorsports, a New Jersey based professional karting program and three time consecutive champion in the United States. We operate an A Team, a B Team for driver development, and a women led team, and we are building a 2026 racing footprint across the United States, Dubai, and select European rounds.

My core expertise is building partnerships and programs that convert sport into business outcomes. That includes sponsor strategy, deal structuring, partner activation, hospitality and client experiences, content production, and measurement. I am especially focused on programs that combine performance, analytics, and storytelling, with clear reporting that partners can take to their leadership teams.

Alongside FC Motorsports, I am President and Founder of the Global Girls Development Foundation (GGDF), a nonprofit expanding STEM and engineering pathways for young women through motorsport. I value thoughtful operators who move quickly, measure impact, and build relationships for the long term.
