Apollo Global Management Inc. has agreed to acquire Barnes Group Inc. in an all-cash transaction valued at approximately $3.6 billion. Under this agreement, Barnes shareholders will receive $47.50 per share, which represents a 22% premium over the company's closing share price on June 25, just before reports surfaced regarding potential sale options. The transaction is anticipated to be finalized before the end of the first quarter of 2025​.
