Its managing partner, Mr. Peter Papouschek, has been active in international marketing & sales as well as in strategic business development since 1991 and has held management positions in different business sectors in the automotive-, security engineering-, and road & railway infrastructure industry for well-reputed companies and entities such as Steyr-Daimler-Puch AG, Kapsch AG, Waagner-Biro Brueckenbau AG, OeBB AG (Federal Austrian Railways). He has also been active as licensed management consultant since 1999 and is accredited export consultant at the Austrian Federal Economic Chamber.
Within its business PPMC has a strong focus on the energy/power plant-, road & rail infrastructure-, railway rolling stock-, and the safety & security industry.
At various occasions throughout the years, PPMC - jointly with its available strong network of associates - has been able to successfully consult various international clients while preparing bankable feasibility studies, commercial / legal / technical tender specification and bid evaluation, product localization projects, project development & implementation, structuring appropriate export project financing schemes, product-to-market initiatives, including concepts to promote and facilitate business in defined countries in Europe (with a focus on South East Europe), Latin America, Middle East & Africa, and South East Asia, on the one hand, as well as with regards to offering commercial / legal / strategic consultancy, including establishing of subsidiaries, and managing their Austrian offices for clients (general office & administration work, financials, liaison management, etc.) on the other hand.
