The Lazio Region has launched the New Lost Fund 2026, a programme designed to support microenterprises in their start-up phase that face difficulties accessing traditional credit channels. The programme provides interest-free loans of between €5,000 and €25,000, repayable over 72 months with a 12-month grace period. The loan can cover up to 100% of the project cost, and businesses that remain in good standing throughout the repayment period may be eligible for a waiver of the final 12 instalments. Applications open on 11 May 2026 on a rolling basis until funds are exhausted.
