Vibration test chambers

Using a climatic chamber for vibration tests allows the specimen to be subjected to a combination of different tests, such as: vibrations, temperature variations and climatic variations. This type of test is used to evaluate the resistance of components and equipment to combined climatic and mechanical stresses that can affect performance in conditions of normal use. Automotive and aerospace components are among the main categories of products that must be subjected to such tests to ensure reliability and safety for users. ACS climatic chambers for vibration tests are made both in the thermostatic and climatic versions. They are available in volumes of 600, 1200 or 2200 liters. Three temperature gradients are available for -70/+180°C models: 5, 10 or 15°C/min; whereas 5°C/min is the only gradient available for -40/+180°C models. For the entire climatic series the humidity ranges from 10% to 95% (in a temperature range of +10/+95°C). BENEFITS * Easily adaptable to any type of shaker * Different types of floors for adapting to vertical or horizontal vibrations * Remote control * Remote support
