Acquisition of companies in the grid infrastucture sector with >3M€ EBITDA

Our partner is looking into hardware / OEM companies for grid infrastructure with >3 mEUR EBITDA. It is meant to be an initial platform investment to then continue with buy-and-build. Since they are looking for a solid platform to build on, they are willing to pay a premium. In terms of geographic search area, Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Italy, Netherlands and Belgium are in focus right now.
