The DGSPC-R2 by Datagest s.r.l. is a high-precision sample measuring station equipped with dual cameras and rotating part functionality. Designed for fittings, screws, bushings, washers, and a wide range of turned or molded components, this system ensures complete dimensional control in one compact solution. With 360° piece rotation, the DGSPC-R2 enables full-surface analysis, including internal and external dimensions, blind holes, cross holes, threads, diameters, heights, and burr detection. Measurements can also be enhanced through integration with external tools, providing a comprehensive inspection workflow. Built for smart manufacturing, the DGSPC-R2 can manage up to 16 production machines in parallel, featuring centralized control of inspection cycles, acceptance criteria, operator interventions, and machine adjustments—all from the Datagest management platform.
