🏗️ Roshn & Alupco Partner to Launch $266M Aluminum Factory in Riyadh

Roshn Group, Saudi Arabia's leading real estate developer and a PIF company, has partnered with Aluminum Products Company (Alupco) to establish a state-of-the-art, fully automated aluminum windows and doors manufacturing facility in Riyadh. With an investment exceeding SAR 1 billion ($266.6 million), the factory will enhance local manufacturing capacity, create new job opportunities, and integrate advanced technologies in line with Saudi Vision 2030. The facility will strengthen supply chain resilience, support the construction sector with high-quality, locally-made materials, and boost aluminum production for both domestic and international markets. Through this long-term partnership, Alupco will supply aluminum solutions for Roshn's large-scale projects across the kingdom, driving industrial growth and economic diversification.
