𝗜𝘁𝗲𝗺: Laser Printing Machine for Animal Ear Tags 𝗘𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗽𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗗𝗲𝘀𝗰𝗿𝗶𝗽𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 The project involves supplying, installing, and commissioning a laser printing machine equipped with a cooling system, software, and necessary accessories. This machine will be used for marking polyurethane-based ear tags for livestock identification (cattle, sheep, goats, camels). 𝗚𝗲𝗻𝗲𝗿𝗮𝗹 𝗙𝗲𝗮𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲𝘀 The laser printer must include all components necessary for marking plastic ear tags, including: - A laser engraving system with control and measurement devices. - A support for handling ear tags. - A computer system to manage serial printing. 𝗦𝗽𝗲𝗰𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰 𝗧𝗲𝗰𝗵𝗻𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗹 𝗦𝗽𝗲𝗰𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 - Laser Technology/Source: Fiber laser printer for durable marking on polyurethane ear tags. - Laser Power: 30 to 50 watts. - Marking Surface: Minimum 240 x 240 mm. - Marking Speed: Adjustable from 0 to 10,000 mm/s. - Efficiency: Production rate for ear tags (to be specified for each animal type). - Continuous Operation: Minimum 8 hours. - Laser Module Lifespan: At least 25,000 hours. - Minimum Character Size: 0.02 mm. Electrical Power, Machine Weight, and Number of Platforms: To be specified. - Smoke Extraction: Automatic system.
